Eijiro GourdinBaryton Martin
Born in Fukuoka (Japan), Eijiro studied the piano before leaving for Tokyo to attend Kôsuke Taguchi's lyric singing classes at the Kunitachi Conservatory of Music. In 2000, Eijiro graduated.
Since arriving in France in 2000, Eijiro studied drama before appearing on stage in Paris during lyric recitals. He participated in the Gubbio Summer Festival in Italy as part of Masterclass, before performing for a very successful concert. Since then, Eijiro has sung in many shows (France, Austria …).
In 2017, as part of a tour in Japan, Eijiro is invited by the International Orchestra of Italy, under the direction of Tobias Gossmann, with Fuzjko Hemming as soloist. This sold-out tour travels across Japan, including the prestigious Tokyo Opera City Hall.After this tour, Eijiro is invited to Tokyo, as part of the Festival L'Ultimo Baccio for a piano-voice recital.
In 2018, Eijiro participated in the success of the documentary film "The Time of Fuzjko Hemming" directed by Sôichirô Komatsu. This film currently beats audience records in the movie theaters of Japan.
In addition, for the launch of the film, Eijiro is invited to perform on stage alongside Fuzjko Hemming in prestigious venues in Japan.Recently, Eijiro is invited to perform in a series of sold-out concerts titled "Succession", highlighting the new talents of classical music.
